I moved to Lehighton after finishing the 7th grade in Valdosta, Georgia. My father, Carl L. Everett was career Air Force and my mom, Jean E Everett was a proud nurse. While interviewing for my Eagle Scout Rank, I struck up a lifelong relationship with Dr. Howard M Cyr Jr. I was given a job as the office maintenance man and in time, I became a dental assistant for Dr. Cyrs dental office. After graduating from Wilkes College in '87 (Magna Cum Laude), I headed south to the University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore. I graduated in 1990 as a part of the Gorgas Honor Society. Lehigh Valley Hospital Residency provided me a year of providing dental services in a hospital setting, expanding my medical / dental knowledge.

In 1991 I returned to Dr. Cyr's practice where we merged and enhanced our dental experiences and knowledge. Through the Academy of General Dentistry, I have achieved Master Status, having achieved well over 2,000 hours of continuing education.

Dr. Everett is proud to be a dentist and is honored to serve all those in need, while supporting the local communities. He is even prouder to be a dad to Jennifer Everett (2010 Lehighton Graduate, 2014 Drexel Graduate) and Mason Everett (2013 Lehighton Graduate, Purdue Graduate 2017). One June 9th of 2018, Dr. Evererett was awarded the 2018 Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition award for his commitment to lifelong learning, volunteering his services to communities in need, mentoring associates and new dentists, and participating in organized dentistry.

The Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition is presented only to AGD members who have
gone above and beyond earning the association’s highest honor of Mastership. To accomplish this
recognition, Dr. Everett completed at least 1,600 hours of continuing dental education in 16 different dental disciplines. In addition, recipients must complete at least 100 hours of dental-related
community/volunteer service.

organization and wholly embrace the AGD’s core principles and ideals,” says AGD President Manuel A. Cordero, DDS, CPH, MAGD. “For Dr. Everett this award symbolizes a career of excellence in dentistry and demonstrates the characteristics of a role model to his fellow dentists and to members of the community.”

 

 

 

Felicia

Felicia has been a registered dental hygienist for the past 10 years. She attended Northhampton Community College where she received her associated degree in dental hygiene. Felicia has been in the dental field for 29 years. After graduating from Northern Lehigh, she earned her certificate in dental assisting from Lehigh County Community College in 1985. She also attended and received her Expanded Functional dental assistant certificate from Harcum Junior college in 1992. Felicia is constantly staying enhancing her skills through dental education seminars and most recently has become certified in administrating local anesthesia (numbing).

In her spare time Felicia enjoys time with her family. Her daughters Amber and Morgan keep her and her husband Rich very busy attending their many sporting events.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Angie

Angela Stroup is proud to be a Dental Hygienist. Angela is a Palmerton High School and a Northhamton Community College graduate. She has enjoyed providing dental care and education for the last 12 years at this office. Angie is enjoys spending time with her husband Eric and her twin boys Trevor and Nathan.
